Multi award winning, British female voice actor. An experienced full time voice artist, with warmth, authenticity, credibility and integrity.
How can I help you?
As a voice talent, I like to give my very best on every narrative, be it a quick 10 second radio ad, a 3 minute corporate video, a children's animation, a 40 minute audio guide or indeed any voiceover narration I do.
I have won awards and been nominated many times, both in the UK and the US at the VOXAwards, OneVoice Awards Voice Arts Awards, International Independant Films Awards both Platinum and Diamond Awards for my work as a female voice artist.
Have a look at the testimonials some of my clients have been kind enough to give me on my Testimonials page and then get in touch if I can be of help as a Credible, natural, voice.
Apart from radio and television commercials, I also record audio dramas, see me here with Colin Baker as the sixth Doctor Who posing for a photo shoot during a lunch break while we were recording The Hunting Ground at Big Finish studios. As well as the female lead Sgt SAnj Rawston in Blakes 7 opposite Steven Pacey.
I also played several characters in the 6 part web series HUMANE for truename productions including pretending to be Fern Britton when she was on Ready, Steady, Cook and had a terrific time creating and playing The Architect in The Grey Rooms Podcast series as well as several other interesting character stories for them including a sci -fi episode where I was the solo space captain left talking with an android in It's The Little Things. written by https://www.linkedin.com/in/michaelzenke/
I like to spread my creative wings and do unusual dramas and I did just that in an audio drama playing Rose a modern day apothecary witch type character with the Horror Shop Radio podcast In Search of Incubus I had a wonderful monologue as a isolated housewife trying to do yoga while watching a lesson on television during lockdown in a Ragged Foils production Aaaand Stretch written by the very talented Lorraine Ansel .
I was delighted to be part of HM Queen Elizabeth's Jubilee celebrations in Elizabeth R or Third Time Lucky productions and that was followed up swiftly by playing Mrs Cratchit and the Laundry woman in A Christmas Carol podcast just in time for Christmas with The Weird Tales Podcast.
I love recording for video games, I get to play some really interesting characters. I played several roles in A Plagues Tale - Requiem for Asobo Studios .
I can use my voice to conjure up people in present day or centuries in the future or from the past doing some amazing things, being slain, eaten by rats, as in a Plagues Tale performing magical things, playing good and evil characters.
As in Bloody Mary in Burnhouse Lane.
Both young and old, eccentric baronesses and working class down and outs as in Disco Elysium - the Final Cut.
The lovely caring Doctor and high powered board room characters as in NeuorNet- Mendax Proxy for Dream Harvest Games. all while standing in a recording booth using my voice and my imagination.
Plus the eccentric, weird and wonderful characters in many other games, just listen to my vidoe game demo.
I love to record these in London's professional recording studios such as SIDE Global and Liquid Violet where I also dubbed the voice of KLEO's mother in the Netflix series KLEO however happy to remotely record from my own broadcast quality home studio with the directors listening in. I have also been known to self direct my characters for Indie games and await the directors approval.
