Booking my voice for your next project couldn’t be simpler!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1 Get in Touch<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Contact me via email<\/a>, or my contact form <\/a>and tell me about your project. For an accurate quote, please provide details such as What the voiceover be used for? Where and for how long? Do you have a budget in mind? Timescale\/Deadline? If you’d like a free sample read of your script, just ask!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2 I’ll send you a Quote<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Based on the details that you have provided about your project, I will send you a quotation and sample recording if requested. I value my clients and I quote fair and transparent rates <\/a>based on the industry standard Equity and Gravy for The Brain Rate Guides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 Booking confirmation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

We will agree a fee and I’ll ask you to read my T’s & C’s<\/a>. Once the booking is confirmed and scheduled, you then provide me with your final script and specific details about the tone\/pace you require from my delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Recording<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I record from my Broadcast Quality Home Studio. If you’d like to dial-in and direct a live voice session, we can schedule a time to suit you via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, CleanFeed or any link suitable for us both. Alternatively, I can go ahead and self-record letting you carry on with your day! If you’d prefer to record at a studio in London, that’s fine too – I’m just a quick train ride away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5 File Delivery<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I will deliver your broadcast-quality audio files within 12-24 hours of booking confirmation – usually quicker! Just let me know whether you’d prefer wav. or mp3 files and what level of editing\/mastering you require.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6 I’ll send you my invoice<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Following delivery of your audio, I will send across my invoice. Payment is due within 30 days of audio delivery which will also be the invoice date. I accept payments in British Pounds via Bank Transfer and foreign currency payments using Wise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
