Tanya is one of the most established and experienced female voiceover artists in the UK. Over her 40-year career, she has voiced for hundreds of companies across the UK, Europe, US, Australia and UAE.
Tanya delivers most of her work in regular non heightened RP (received pronunciation), but is able to turn on her native West Midlands accent with ease. She can play children to 40-somethings, witches, fairies, mothers and mistresses.
Tanya is one of Britain’s most in-demand IVR (on hold) voices. She was the first female voice used for on hold and IVR systems, when it began in the UK (1996). She has also lent her tones to countless TV and radio advertising campaigns, games, apps, corporate explainers and e-learning projects, audio dramas-comedy and tragedy, and is also the voice of the lift in the BT tower, a major train line and even a water cooler! Tanya also regularly works as a jingle singer. She also is boss of and alto with trio The Bellefleurs.
